I extend a warm welcome to all aspiring teachers who wish to build a meaningful career in the field of education. At New Kanshi D.Ed Training School, Behbalpur (Hisar), we believe that a teacher is not only a source of knowledge but also a guide, mentor, and role model for every child. Our institution is committed to shaping such educators who demonstrate competence, confidence, and compassion in every aspect of their work.

In today’s dynamic educational environment, a teacher must possess strong academic understanding, modern pedagogical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing needs. Keeping this in mind, our D.El.Ed. program is designed to provide both theoretical learning and practical experience through classroom training, school internships, micro-teaching, and personality development sessions.
